Please include a brief description of the incident/damage with details of your name, policy holder name (if different), policy number, insurer, your daytime telephone number and email address, date of incident and, if applicable, details of when and where the incident was reported, together with a crime number. Claims will be dealt with Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 5.30PM EST.
